Giotto’s Vitruvian tripod is readers choice

Photo Plus magazine tested three lightweight travel tripods in the ‘Help me Buy a…’ feature.

The Giotto’s was up against stiff opposition from National Geographic, Slik, Benro and Gitzo but the final verdict went in favour of the Giotto’s Vitruvian VGR9255 tripod with a score of 92%.

Here’s what Chris, the reader, had to say about the Vitruvian tripod. “My favourite out of the five tripods was the Giotto’s Vitruvian VGR 9255. It was really simple to set up and, when we were finished with it, it folded up really neatly and compactly. Plus, it was great to have the built in monopod too.”
